For a small village, Shaldon has a fun and vibrant calendar of events taking place throughout the year.
Organised by resident volunteers, some of the events have a history stretching back more than 50 years, reflecting the interest, involvement and enthusiasm that this vibrant community generates. There is a fine mix of cultural, artistic, musical and fun filled events which attract visitors of all ages from home and abroad.
And being beside the sea, we have, naturally, a number events where getting wet is an absolute must!

The meeting will include the Annual full Council Meeting where officers are elected for Parish Council roles and will elect the Chairperson for the year ahead.
