Annual Parish Meeting (APM) is a yearly gathering held between March 1st and June 1st where residents of a parish can discuss local issues, hear reports from the Parish Council and other local organisations and have their say on matters of importance to the parish. The APM is distinct from a Parish Council meeting and resolutions passed do not bind the Parish Council.
