St Christophers Cottage sleeps 4
This homely, cosy cottage is full of character and has recently been sympathetically upgraded.
It has central heating and bed linen is provided.
The ground floor is open plan with a comfortable lounge with fireplace and gas affect fire, dining area and newly appointed kitchen.
There is also a useful utility room for drying/airing beach wear etc.
Upstairs the main bedroom has a double bed and there are twin beds in the small second bedroom. There is a separate toilet and wash basin.
Downstairs there is a full size shower room with electric shower and wash hand basin.
To the front of the property is a pleasant patio area with table and chairs and parking is available close by.
The cottage is a short walk to the centre of the village where, shops, restaurants, pubs and the beach can be found. It is also possible to explore Teignmouth via the passenger ferry and further afield by train from Teignmouth to Exeter and Plymouth.
Changeover day is Saturday, however last minute short breaks may be offered at other times subject to availability.
