We are affiliated with Teignmouth Orangery and are now about to become affiliated with the Devon Gardens Trust. This charity, established in 1988, aims to promote the wider understanding and appreciation of the historic gardens of Devon. It also seeks to protect gardens through their conservation, casework and grants, and to encourage a new generation of gardeners through their work in schools and their bursary schemes It also offers a wide programme of events and activities to their members. For more information visit their website www.devongardenstrust.org.uk. We hope that affiliation to this charity will offer the Society's members access to a wider range of visits and talks.
