This year's fun run was a great success with 180 couples competing in some incredible costumes.
This year for the first time the race started and finished on George V playing fields.
Thanks go to all the entrants as well as to The Shipwrights, The Clifford, The Royal Sandard, Conservative Club The Ferryboat, The London and The Ness Hotel, not forgetting all the helpers and the Water Carnival Committee. The event raised about £1000 which will be donated to local charities
